- Main features of the drilling rig: The HF-1600 Full hydraulic drilling rig adopts a floating spindle.
The HF series fully hydraulic core drilling rig is a new type of drilling rig developed by our company based on the advanced technologies of similar rigs both domestically and abroad. It is primarily designed for drilling in solid mineral deposits, but can also be used for engineering geology exploration, shallow oil and gas exploration, groundwater exploration, as well as for various engineering applications such as tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting. The drilling rig features full-hydraulic drive; its power head rotation is driven by an axial piston pump and a swashplate piston motor, with mechanical two-speed transmission and stepless speed regulation, boasting an advanced structural design. The power head employs a cylinder-chain speed-increasing feed mechanism, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. It is equipped with a lateral shifting mechanism for the power head, and the mast can be raised and lowered hydraulically, allowing it to slide entirely for overall movement. This enables drilling within a range of 45° to 90°. The hydraulic system adopts load-sensing control, delivering high operational efficiency and substantial torque. The rig is fitted with a hydraulic wood clamp, hydraulic leveling legs, and a telescopic mast, facilitating quick positioning of the rig. It is also equipped with a wireless remote-controlled crawler track, making it suitable for a variety of terrains. Within a safe distance, the crawler movement of the rig can be remotely controlled, effectively preventing sudden hazards.
